CSKA Moscow vs Benfica

A must win for CSKA. With Benfica now eliminated from the competition and rooted to the bottom of Group A, the onus will be on Moscow to push on and claim victory here. FC Basel, CSKA’s main rivals for second place, are facing Manchester United and dropped points there would see Moscow take control of their own destiny going into the final game week.

It is difficult to back against the Russian outfit on home soil. Benfica are struggling to inspire confidence right now and CSKA should be good enough to emerge victorious.

TIP: CSKA Moscow to win @ 11/10

FK Qarabag vs Chelsea

Chelsea are four points clear of third-placed Atletico Madrid but Antonio Conte will be keen to secure qualification before the sixth and final game week. The Blues have started to put a decent run of form together and another victory looks likely here. Qarabag’s supporters will be quietly confident but an early goal for Chelsea could set the tone for the evening.

Qarabag have been rock solid on home soil in recent years but Chelsea are a class above and this could go with the visitors. Conte’s men to make a fast start looks well priced at 4/7.

TIP: Chelsea to be winning at half-time @ 4/6

Anderlecht vs Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich were ripped apart by Paris Saint-Germain earlier in the campaign but it will take a brave man to back against the Bavarians here. Since Carlo Ancelotti’s departure, the German giants have really took their game to the next level and a comfortable evening may be on the cards if Bayern play at their brilliant best.

Anderlecht will give a decent account but they will have a tough time stopping Bayern. This one could get ugly for the hosts...

TIP: Bayern to score in both halves @ 4/6

Atletico Madrid vs Roma

A tough one to call. As bad as Atletico have been in recent months, you still feel that Diego Simeone’s men have the class to turn things around. Meanwhile, Roma are sitting pretty at the top of the group and a positive result here would leave the Italian side in pole position to advance to the knockout stages as group winners.

For me, this one could be a fairly tight-knit affair. Roma have more ‘get up and go’ about them but in Spain, the onus will be on Atletico to break the Italian outfit down.

TIP: Match to end a draw @ 12/5

FC Basel vs Manchester United

Jose Mourinho’s men have booked their place in the knockout stages but avoiding defeat in this contest will secure top spot with one game week remaining. The Red Devils have been incredible in Europe’s elite club competition thus far and Paul Pogba’s return gave United a much-needed boost last weekend. He could be key on Wednesday evening.

For Basel, this is about snatching second spot and United won’t have everything their own way in Switzerland. There are usually goals in this fixture and the over 2.5 line is well priced.

TIP: Over 2.5 goals @ 11/10

Juventus vs FC Barcelona

Another difficult one to call. Barcelona are currently three points clear of Juventus and the Spanish side will be confident of avoiding defeat. It isn’t the Barcelona way to settle for a draw though and it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see the visitors go all out for the win. If anyone can rip this Juventus defence to shreds, it is Barcelona.

However, Juventus will know that Sporting should have the beating of Olympiakos and that may force the Italian side to settle for a point. Either way, a low-key contest looks likely.

TIP: Under 2.5 goals @ 22/25

Paris Saint-Germain vs Celtic

Expecting a cricket score? Paris Saint-Germain could run riot against Brendan Rodgers’ men – just as they did at Celtic Park earlier in the campaign. With Neymar and Kylian Mbappe on top form, Celtic will be wary of a repeat of that 5-0 defeat and it may be a case of opting for ‘damage limitation’ measures on what is sure to be a difficult evening for the visitors.

Take your pick on the final score but PSG to win to nil stands out in 888sport's betting markets. This one could get away from Celtic quickly and the Scottish outfit may struggle throughout.

TIP: PSG to win to nil @ 22/25

Sporting Lisbon vs Olympiakos

The onus will be on Sporting Lisbon to come out and go at Olympiakos. Victory here would give the Portuguese side a real opportunity to advance to the knockout stage at the expense of Juventus or Barcelona. Sporting aren’t the complete package by any means but they are certainly good enough to defeat a spirited Greek side away from home.

Olympiakos don’t travel well in European competition and it would be foolish to go against Sporting here. 1/2 isn’t much of a price but a home win looks very likely.

TIP: Sporting to win @ 1/2
